What Happens Next

Once we receive a valid DMCA complaint, we will:

  • Review the complaint promptly.

  • Notify the content provider, if applicable.

  • Take additional action if required under applicable law.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your name, address, email address, and phone number.

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, if applicable.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
